SHIPPING INFORMATION

All delivery times are estimated and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.

1. Where possible select a preferred safe place through your courier service.

2. If you’re unable to come to the door, friends or family will be able to collect your parcel with your ID at your local Customer Service Point.

3. We also recommend that if a signature is required upon delivery, use a pen or stylus instead of your finger.

4. Please note, there may be some delays during this time, but we appreciate your patience.

5. Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
